Chairman Bily Wang graduated from the Department of Shipping Technology of National Chiao Tung University. He is the founder of the Company, and served as the manager of the Manufacturing Department of United Microelectronics and Factory Director of Unimicron Technology. Since founded the Company, he has been committed to IC sawing pick & place and testing OEM related businesses, and manufactured related machines to greatly reduce the inspection costs. Relying on the sensitivity to emerging technologies and the spirit of adventurousness, he later entered into the field of LED research and development and established the first SMD LED assembly grand manufacturer in Taiwan - Harvatek Corporation. He is currently the Chairman of the Company and Harvatek Corporation.
