The annual event of the semiconductor industry, SEMICON Taiwan, will kick off on September 18, with a three-day exhibition at the Nangang Exhibition Center, attracting the participation of various manufacturers in the global semiconductor industry chain. YoungTek Electronics Corp. will exhibit the S100RF test solution T2308AI six-sided vision inspection machine and FP410 WLCSP IC Sorter machine at booth No. K776, hoping to provide more comprehensive services for the market with its abundant research and development energy.
The global 5G business is accelerating, regardless of component chip manufacturer, network communication manufacturer and operators are stepping up to invest in R&D and deployment. With the wireless radio frequency communications industry moves toward a high degree of integration, the market has increased the demand for test price costs and speed sensitivity. Under this trend, the flexibility of testing and system integration have become one of the key competition items for the back-end testing manufacturers.
S100 is a 100MHzSo IC tester independently developed by YoungTek Electronics Corp. Compared with other competitive products on the market, S100 has the advantages of high speed, stability, easy maintenance, and high cost performance, providing excellent test solutions for semiconductor test manufacturers. S100 attaches great importance to user experience in software development, and provides quite intuitive, convenient, and easy-to-use system software, allowing customers to quickly complete the development of test programs and shorten the project timeline when using it. In RF testing applications, it can be widely used in 5GWiFi and LTE: NB-IoT, LoRa, Sigfox, Zigbee, GPS and Bluetooth and other related applications.
During the exhibition, the YT2308 AI component 6 Side Exterior Inspection machine and the FP410WLCSP IC Sorter machine are also exhibited. YT2308 is used in appearance defect detection, up to 8 sets of CCD and light source. The inspection station can be adjusted according to the customer's inspection requirements, using the BowlFeeder feeding method, and the operating speed can reach 6,000 pcs/min, paired with its optional A detection function, it is more accurate and intelligent in appearance inspection; FP410 is a WLCP sorting machine, which can be paired with test functions, and has a failrecycle function, which is the main product of YoungTek semiconductor's pick & place equipment.
